Use this form to exercise your privacy rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, US state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, or any comparable law where you live. Every request is logged with a timestamp and a reference ID, so our response deadline is on the record from the moment you press submit.
How we verify who you are
We reply to the email address you give us here, and only to that address. Before we act on an access, deletion, correction or portability request, we may ask for proportionate confirmation that the address is yours — usually a reply from it, and nothing more intrusive than the sensitivity of the data requires. An authorised agent may submit on your behalf with written permission that we can verify. Exercising your rights is free, and never results in degraded service or different pricing.

How long we keep the record
Data-subject request records are compliance evidence, so they are excluded from our scheduled deletion of waitlist and access-request data. We keep them for 3 years from the date the request is closed, then delete them.

You can also write to hello [at] ventur-os.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. The form is faster because it timestamps and references your request automatically. If you are unhappy with our response, you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority, and US residents may appeal a declined request as described in our Privacy Policy.
